Samsung WW10T684DLH_WH navigation dial not working

I have a  WW10T684DLH_WH washing machine that is less than one year old and the navigation dial won’t select any of the programmes. I’ve turned machine off at the mains and unplugged to try and reset computer - this worked once. Does anyone have any suggestions please. I’ve tried logging a service on the website and I’ve tried calling the helpline number.

Thanks Steve. I tried that initially and it wasn’t  accepting the serial number of my machine, don’t know what the problem was but it’s logged now. Thanks for your reply! 😃

After I managed to complete the online form, I was contacted by a local repair service who came out and fixed the problem within a few days.
