Hello,
we have had our Samsung washing machine for 2.5 years and it seems it is already broken.
On the normal cycle, it won’t start, on the display it looks like a loading message.
On any other cycle it will will go to a certain time and then change back to the previous time. For example on rinse it goes to 11 minutes then back up to 12. It will keep doing this until we turn it off.
we have had 2 people come look at it and they have replaced a pump but it still won’t work.
any input would be great
