Hi, all!
I have the washing machine + dryer combo mentioned in the subject.
It is about a month old and we've noticed that it doesn't matter how full or empty it is, there is a very loud noise present once it reaches the constant spin RPM (we have tried between 1000-1400). I have noticed that pulling on the door will remove the more annoying (loud) part of the noise. The washing machine is perfectly level left to right and all the feet are on the ground, it cannot be shaken by hand. Also pushing or pulling on the metal plate which the door is attached to will significantly reduce the noise.
It has been like that from new and I'm wondering whether it's a defect sample or maybe it has some transport defect.
If anybody has a suggestion, I would really appreciate it. Thank you for your time.

I think it might be a defect (like you said) and the inverter has broken

I really doubt that it is the motor, since touching the metal plate or the door stops the noise.

I mean the system that dampens the shaking

Hey! How did it go? I have the same model and it's rattling the same when i put load in it. If i let it spin without load , it's normal. So i presume there is a problem with the balancing system.

Did you get yours fixed ?

Kind of, if I place something heavy on top of the washing machine it stops. I have wedged a toilet paper roll between the top of the washing machine and the countertop under which it sits and that seems to help a lot with the noise.

All in all, the reason seems to be poor quality of the construction and the thing is trying to rattle itself apart every spin cycle at higher rpm.

Thanks for writing this. However i believe there is something wrong with the shock absorbers or another system. My parents have a samsung washer from the same series and it has nothing in common with this.

If i'm not mistaken, you are also from Bulgaria, so i would presume we got a faulty batch. I opened a ticket to Samsung Support and will have a certified technician coming over tomorrow to check the problem and work on it.

Browsing reviews of the certified repair centre i saw two more complaints of rattling samsung washers that have been repaired by them. So it's not only the construction.

I will keep you posted.
