Samsung reward points

Can anyone tell me how I claim these points please. I've ordered 3 home appliances directly from Samsung, yet it says I've no reward points ? Thank you in advance for any help.

It usually takes about 30 days from when you placed your order(s) before they appear in your rewards section of your account.
