Rubber seal peeling after a month?

 I bought a Samsung eco bubble washer dryer in January and noticed today (end of feb) that the drum seal seems to be peeling! 

Should I contact Samsung?

If you purchased it from Samsung direct then I'd certainly be contacting Samsung, if you purchased it from another retail outlet you'd be better off contacting them.

That's not normal wear and tear for something a month old.

are you sure its the actual rubber peeling ? - it looks like something that has not dissolved properly from the pic.
Do you use pods in the machine by any chance? - or is it autodose machine and you just use that?
if so it it just plain soap detergent and plain fabric softener you are using without any other additives?
