Ticket was logged with Samsung on 09.01.2023.
It is now THREE MONTHS LATER and both myself and cool blue are still waiting. How does NO ONE in your company care??

PLEASE ADVISE how to escalate a ticket - because your support team (Wendy via WhatsApp) refuses to provide this information.
