I bought a washing machine in December 2020 and in December 2021 it started leaking water from underneath. I contacted Samsung on December 10th and the following week they sent a Servilux technician here who changed the door rubber, nothing changed, it just got worse, my laundry room was now flooded with water. They sent another technician, who changed the rubber again, which obviously didn't help either. I haven't been able to wash clothes for more than a month, with my wooden floor spoiling because of the accumulated moisture and Servilux called me canceling today's visit because they didn't receive the RUBBER they were going to change. You must be kidding me! Samsung support by phone doesn't speak English, by WhatsApp they don't answer and Servilux says they can't do anything! totally unacceptable!
