RS68N8240B1/EU - Is this fridge black or grey?

Hello, 

We want a black fridge with a plumbed water and ice dispenser. We ordered a RS68N8240B1/EU - which looks black and the color is described as black, but when the fridge arrived, the colour was actually a grey not a black. We returned it, but had the same issue with the replacement.

So, this has us thinking, the firdge is not black at all, but grey in colour.

Does anyone else have this fridge and does it look black or grey? I know - a bit of a silly question - I would have loved to pop in to a shop and have a look in person, but with the lock-down, thats just not feasible. Pictures woudl be much appreciated! Thank you.

Hi @caramba80, not sure what you've decided with regards to this, but I've just had a look and it looks like a shade between black and dark grey, charcoal maybe. Have you decided to keep it?

I had the same issue. What is advertised as matte black is actually some kind of gunmetal grey. I dont mind the colour but why advertize it incorrectly. Anyone can see it is not black, and it comes as quite a shock when the fridge is delivered. An odd decision marketing decision.
