Hi all,

My Samsung Bespoke AI 11kg washing machine from 2022 has developed a new problem. The machine doesn't reach the selected temperature anymore. On Super Speed 40⁰C, the machine would normally reach 50⁰C but it now doesn't heat above 42.7⁰C and that's with Intensive on.

For a Towels 40⁰C wash with QuickDrive on, the machine should've done 52⁰C, but only reached 39.5⁰C instead. This also happened today.

Not only are the maximum temperatures odd, they are also not the ones preset by the software.

Right. So I've had issues with water leaking into both auto dose tanks (especially tank 1), the bearing seal squeak is back and louder than ever, and now this. Would a repair even be economical at this stage?

Model number: WW11BB944DGHS1
Serial number: 07J05ESTA00092A
Date of production: October 2022

1) The machine should've had the Less Microfiber programme added to the cycle list following what appeared to be a successful software update in January 2023. Nothing changed following the update apart from a very slight improvement in fabric type detection.

2) The washing machine is used far more generously than what I've seen on YouTube and social media platforms.
