NV7B5740TAS Series 5 Smart Oven with Dual Cook Flex and Air Fry

I have had this oven for a couple of months and have only used it as dual cook, my query is whether the other oven is supposed to get hot. I have used both top and bottom ovens individually and the other still seems to get hot when not selected is this normal?

Mine does. If I am using the top oven, the lower oven gets hot to the touch, but lower than the minimum cooking temp, so it shouldn't be much of a problem

A year from you conversation above, would you recommend the Samsung Series 5 Smart Oven? We are now totally converted to Air Fryer and wanted this with the option of conventional should we ever feel the need. Is the Air Fryer as good as a stand alone Ninja and has the two door mechanism proven faulty? Any advice appreciated. Thanks, Sean.

Hi I tend to use a stand alone air frier most of the time, no problem with oven door, but do tend to use oven if I am cooking a cake plus another dish, even then only using one part of oven. Also am only cooking for one so usually air frier enough - i have a 2 drawer one. Hope this helps
