Why is my robot making soo much noise? It does make the noise on our hard floor butthe noise increases when on carpet suggesting resistance with the wheels but I can see anything wrapped around the wheels or any problem with the wheels.  Has anyone else had any similar issues?

I have the same problem. However, mine is a complete different model. Noise is never good. I still try to find out what it could be. Chat GPT answered me:

Thanks for the details! Here are some additional steps you can try specifically for your Samsung VR7000:

  1. Power Cycle: Turn off the vacuum using the emergency switch on the bottom, wait for about two minute...1.
  2. Clean Sensors and Cameras: Make sure the top window, cameras, and sensors are clean and clear of any...1.
  3. Check for Obstructions: Inspect the brush roll, wheels, and intake for any blockages. Even small debris can cause significant noise1.
  4. Empty the Dustbin: Ensure the dustbin is empty and the filter is clean. A full dustbin or clogged filter can make the vacuum work harder and produce more noise1.
  5. Inspect the Beater Bar: Check if the beater bar (roller) is damaged or if any rubber tips are missing. This can also cause unusual noises1.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, it might be a good idea to contact Samsung support for further assistance. They can help diagnose the problem more accurately and suggest a solution.

That's what I will need to do...
