Noise when wash cycle series 5 eco bubble

Hi, has anyone got any idea why my washing machine is making a struggling noise when on certain parts of a wash cycle but ok when spinning and othing parts of the cycle.

Machine is not overloaded and is o ly just iver 12 months old

Looks like it's the drain pump, closer inspection last night it was making the noise when the drum wasn't moving!
