Bought a dishwasher from Samsung, which after installation continually leaks from the main door. Contacted technical support who wouldn't do anything unless we sent a video of the problem. As I couldn't sit there videoing a dishwasher for 3 hours I couldn't send in the video. Hence I got NO support or the washer fixed. Bottom line buy a Bosch

Hey, u don't need to take a video for 3 hours, just take a small video to show proof of ur problem.

Thanks for the reply. However, it leaks intermittently, dripping down the kickboard. I've sat there for hours, and as soon as you turn your back, it drips.

Well they should have believed you, they will need to see the proof so they know if it's fixable at home, if not they can send the engineer out.

I am not saying you are, they just want to see the fault. You can call again and see what they say. Someone else might answer
