New American Style Fridge-Freezer constantly running

Hello!

Wondering if anyone can help..

We have recently bought a new Samsung Fridge Freezer

Problem: The motor is constantly running, the only time it shuts off is when we open it

Sounds like quiet white noise..

Our last FF used to 'power off' for long periods

This ones constantly running..

Wondering if there is a default with the fridge-freezer, or if it’s fine

Hi @Freez121. Is the fridge  level standing? What's the model number? This can be found on the inside and on a white sticker. Is the temperature correct too?

The fridge is level

The temps are:

Freezer: -19

Fridge: 4

The noise you are hearing is the circulation fan. This shuts off when you open the door and comes back on when you close the door. It's perfectly normal.

Can I just check - are you saying the circulation fan should be running constantly?
