Microwave light bulb

Hi all first post

My sons bought me a new microwave for Xmas model ms28f303tfk

I've only used it a handful of times but only noticed yesterday morning it was pretty dark and I was heating some porridge up and opened it up no light.

Any advise of what to do or who to contact tried live chat 4 times it just keeps saying they are busy

Sounds like you will need
To replace the bulb

Yeah it's brand new bought at Xmas so was probably a, faulty bulb from the start thx for the info Steve 👍🏼
