We have only had our fridge freezer since April 2021 and the coupler under the refrigerator is leaking. This is the inline to dispense water / ice etc.
We bought a shop display model and were informed by the Store (Currys UK) that they had already registered the appliance whilst instore and we would have to register which we did after a long and frustrating process.
When we tried to contact Samsung to arrange an engineer to come out were were informed that our warranty had expired?
I provided them with the registration code from the confirmation email we received and were told that they were unable to arrange engineer visit until registration issue was resolved. We were assured someone from the registration department would call us back within 24 hours. 14 days later nothing.
Any ideas or suggestions gratefully received (whilst I continue to be on hold to Samsung.
