Issues with customer service

Hi 

just putting out here to see if any one can help. 
we have a brand new never used dishwasher that is leaking water. Basically we had an engineer out who said it was the pluming ( this has been checked and no iusses where found ) the dishwasher is pouring water out form the water inlet valve with the error code lc coming up. Customer service are zero help they keep saying it’s the pluming even after we have sent them a video of what is happening. 
This has been going on for 4weeks now can any one advise on next steps or has any one had this issue.

I'm sorry to hear of your issues.

As this is a customer to Customer Forum we are limited to offering next steps which would mean going back to Samsung.

Alternatively, how you paid for the device may be your friend......

Hi I am back and forth with customer service I’ve also been back to the kitchen place ( it was part of a brand new kitchen ) they have said they need an engineer to come and look but this is the issue as we’ve had one that was not good and didn’t even look at the dishwasher they are reluctant to send another out
