Input wrong language

I have selected the wrong language on my washing machine and need to change it any help would be appreciated

Did this solve your problem. We have just had a machine delivered today and think that Samsung delivery guys have accidentally input the wrong language, Dutch. Tried to follow the steps you were given but does not work for us. Spent over 2 frustrated hours talking and chatting on line with Samsung but still not sorted

Yes no thanks to Samsung. If you have the same machine as me. Turn machine on; then press the button which has the hand sign for and hold until it beeps and changes the panel to read water hardness you then should be able to turn your dial until you come to the language setting
