Ice maker not dispensing ice

We have the  Samsung American Fridge Freezer DA99-01774B-02.

The door was left open and the ice partially defrosted and then refroze which blocked the dispenser. We full defrosted the ice and restarted the whole process after removing the drawer and cleaning and putting back together. 

Since restarting the ice make has produced cubes but is not dispensing. When we press the lever, nothing happens at all. It's set to cubed. Any ideas on how to resolve would be much appreciated. Thanks.

we have a different model, but similar issue. Ice is made, but is not dispensed. It sounds like the mechanism is working but nothing comes out. Did you get a resolution?
