Had machine 6 months and recently went wrong. Door now won’t open unless machine is on, which is frustrating as it starts to beep while you are taking clothing out/in. The Add door won’t open mid cycle any more and says ddC. You then have to restart whole wash.
I have turned it off at the wall and waited a while then turned it all back on (my usual solution to anything technical!)
is there anything I can do, or do I need to be getting in touch regarding my warranty?
