At the bottom of the dryer (maybe pull out the baseboard so you can see it) is a pop open door. Push the door to release it. There are two handles behind it, one turns up, the other, down. Now you can pull this second cover off to reveal the heat exchanger. It’s lots of fins that get som e damp gunk on them. Use the provided long handled brush to brush up or down to remove the gunk. Be gentle!!put the covers back on in order. The first one with the handles is shaped and will only go in one way. Finally, use the dial for selecting wash modes to select either ‘later’ or ‘okay’’ to delete the message. The select lights on my model are pretty faint so it’s tough to see if one of the words has been positively selected. Hope this helps!
