American fridge freezer has a 10 year guarantee on the compressor but Samsung are simply ignoring my request replace the faulty part. I have phoned them, emailed them and even sent them a letter all to no avail. I have been without my fridge for 3 months now and am no further forward in getting the part replaced. Am at a total loss as where to go now. I have never experienced such appalling customer service from any company before. Anyone got any bright suggestions as to a way forward??

I'm in the exactly same boat. Compressor is within the warranty kaputt but Samsung refuses to give me anything, not even the spare part. How ever they would be willing to cover the cost for diagnoses IF I drop all claims 🙏
