I have a Samsung fridge freezer model RB38T665DSA, it's less than 3 years old and last week the open door alarm for the freezer started going off, and hasn't stopped.
The freezer is steel cooling, a thermometer placed in there reads at least -20°C (as low as it can measure), however the display says 4°C and shows the door alarm symbol. So essentially the alarm keeps going off because it's cooling the freezer, but can't see the temperature falling, so thinks the door must be open.
I've checked the seal and the thermistor in the freezer and I don't know what else to do. If I could just turn off the beeping I would do that.
Also the fridge seems to be fine, seems to be only an issue with the freezer.
