I have a Samsung fridge freezer model RB38T665DSA which is less than 3 years old. Last week the freezers open door alarm started beeping and it hasn't stopped.
The freezer is still cooling, as a thermometer placed inside reads -20°C (as low as it will go), but the display on the front of the fridge reads 4°C and shows the open door alarm symbol. This is only effecting the freezer as the fridge part seems fine.
I've checked the seal and the thermistor and it's still won't stop beeping and I don't know what else to do. If it was possible to just turn off the alarm I would do that. What else could cause it to read the wrong temperature.
