I have a Family Hub RB38M7998S4_SS. Everything is working great apart from signing in to my Samsung Account.
the device has a good network connection, as the browser and other network features work perfectly, but shows a network error when attempting to sign in.
if I try to create an account, it shows a “page not found” error. I suspect it’s trying to use old/abandoned URLs to complete the process.
I fear that this is simply never going to be addressed, and as such the vast majority of the smart features are simply not ever going to be accessible.

Yup. Just bought this fridge and cannot sign in. Just says loading for a good 20 minutes.

Just got mine yesterday. Tried to login using the Google option do I could sun my account and it has been trying to load all night. I have to unplug it because it won't stop

I'm having the same issue. Yes I can sign in on other devices. Also the new Alexia app sucks. Every time my internet cuts out it disconnects and I have to have code texted to phone to enter into frig. Everything else I own reconnects without issue. (Yes I lose connection daily if not a few times a day)

You will have to turn off two-factor authentication in your Samsung account. Then sign into you account on your refrigerator. I hope this helps.

You will have to turn off two-step verification in your Samsung account to login on your Family Hub refrigerator. Once you are logged into your family hub refrigerator you can turn the two-step verification back on.

Hi there - I'm having this problem too. I have tried turning off two-factor authentication - but it's not possible now. "To help keep your personal info safe and secure, Samsung now requires two-step verification for all accounts. Two-step verification can no longer be turned off."
I like the idea of my family hub, but if it can't connect to the samsung account it seems pretty useless!

Since the last upgrade my fridge can not log into my samsung account. No I do not have 2 step on. Tried resetting everything - just keeps spinning saying connecting but never does.

Try factory restart.
