I have two Samsung French door stainless refrigerators that have the family Hub both family hubs will not boot up or do anything when you boot them up they connect to the internet and then they say they are connecting to a server they connect it and it says connected to portal waiting for approval at the top it'll say registered device with some number on the Hub and it'll sit there and just say waiting for approval for days. I would like this to be fixed and get help to have this fixed is there a SIMs card in the back of the Hub that's missing or something along them lines that it's not getting approved or registered right or what is causing this issue the fridge won't even boot up because it won't pass this section.

@Jay333: Please can you confirm the model number of your refrigerator, as this will be helpful as part of the troubleshooting process? In the meantime, please try unplugging the appliance, wait for 5 minutes, then plug it back in to see if this helps.
