I have the Samsung autodose washing machine. Just recently there's no message of detergant low or to refill detergant says it for softener any tips on what to try or will it need a service as not even had it a year
I think it depends on the detergent. The auto dose system on my machine doesn't recognise low levels of Persil Non Bio liquid. Other Persil detergents have been fine.
