Ecobubble drain pipe removal

Hi, I want to check the hose pipe for blockages. I've removed the washing machine's bottom panel but I can't get the hose pipe free. 

Do I just wiggle it free, or do I need to undo that metal clip - I've tried the clip but I can't get it to budge.

Any suggestions of tip will be greatly appreciated!

If ive been looking for a blockage. Ive taken the drainage pipe off the sewer pipe often the sink pipe. Opened the small door you use to clean the muck out of filter. Poured water down the pipe, if it comes out the hole with the filters theres no blockage
