Washing machine has suddenly started pausing mid cycle - WF80F5E0W4W eco bubble 8kg
Machine has been brilliant until just started doing this yesterday....I thought I had accidentally knocked it and when I pressed start/pause it fired up again?!
I cleared drain this evening and recalibrated the machine but problem still persists.
Can anyone shed any light on this issue for me? I could really do without the expense of an engineer while I am furloughed 😕

Has anyone been able to get their eco bubble washing machine to work without replacing motherboard?

Replace the motherboard and ask your technician to disable ecobubble. This is the culprit why our morherboard are always feied. Ecobubble apparently workout the motherboard by continuously operating a motor located behind the motor pump. Just ask the technician to disable this feature amd your washer will last a lifetime!

interesting that, a few months back I disabled the eco-bubble feature on my WW90T534 (well I have not got the software device so unplugged on of the terminals on the recirculating pump and taped it up) which was the next best thing. I cannot say I have no seen any reduction in the washing performance but it has made the washing cycle a lot more quieter now. As it washes all I hear is the 'slosh' of the clothes in the water in the drum, not the horrible constant 'hum' of the eco-bubble pump.
The only thing I am missing (very rarely) is because I have disabled the eco-bubble recirculating pump is that its taken away 'bubble soak' feature on the machine now because the eco-bubble recirculating pump also doubled up for the bubble soak feature/cycle where it frothed up the bubbles inside the drum. - now it just 'soaks' for half an hour on that cycle ...... without the er bubbles!

Hi guys,
I've removed some posts - and a reminder that whilst we appreciate the self-help spirit and ingenuity of Community users, it's not permitted to post any advice on here that involves the unofficial opening up of a Samsung product's casing to tamper with the internal components; or any other potentially dangerous repair advice. More on that here: https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/news-rules-faqs/community-policy-on-dangerous-diy-unorthodox-rep...
Whether your product is in or out of the manufacturer warranty, in the event of any problems with it that can't be solved by troubleshooting, we would always urge Samsung users to contact their local Support (https://www.samsung.com/uk/function/ipredirection/ipredirectionLocalList/ ); and/or have their product inspected and repaired by an approved Samsung engineer or technician.

yes sorry that was my fault, I posted up some pictures. apologies for that, thought I was being helpful but i wouldn't want to see any un-experienced people risking danger from repairing or modifying their appliances

We have just been told by an engineer today that we also have this problem. The wire harness snapped in the back and burnt out. It extremely dangerous as was smoking and potential for a house fire. We have had our Samsung WW/10MBSDQO/EU purchased just less than 3 years ago and now told we have to wait 2 weeks for repair. At £1000 for a washing machine it is completely unacceptable and worrying. We are now being tile we do not have the extended warranty- for a known fault of the machine I really expected more from samsung

I was equally disappointed. I weighed up how much it would cost to repair but was worried samething would happen again six months down the line so cut my losses and bought a Bosch. The guy who was removing the Samsung washing machine said he wouldn’t have one himself - “but they make good phones though”
