My eco bubble washing machine is 19 months old and today I did a normal load of washing. Just baby clothes. Not over or underloaded. When the wash finished I noticed grey rubble powder on all the clothing and one of the baby gros had ripped. I noticed the entire door seal had shredded. Nothing was stuck in the door when it was closed. I've had the odd sock get in the seal in previous loads but thought Nothing of it. Now my washer is a mess and can't be used. States under warranty damage is not covered but how can baby clothes damage any washer. Isn't that what washers are for? Has this happened to others? Should the warranty cover this?

I have the same issue this is an office floor in a very expensive machine I thought I did enough research upon purchase but for a rubber door to break with a pair of jeans in it and the washing machine to be use Nolan void after eight loads of washing is beyond a joke unfortunately we weren’t within the 20 days of purchase as oh the house build didn’t go to plan

Hi,

I have had a similar problem but only had the machine for 4 months. It’s not completely shredded but first it was misshaped and leaking then a few days later a chunk was missing. Same thing toddlers bedsheets not a full load, 30 degrees and stand washing detergent.

Have spoken to Samsung and they are refusing to cover the cost of repairs as it’s not warranty covered.

What team did you talk to? Do you happen to have any useful contact at Samsung?

thanks,

Josh
