I have a Dual Cook Flex Oven NV75N5641RB
When I use the left hand ***** to choose which oven/cook type I want it sometimes doesnt actually do what I have chosen. This has started happening more regularly over the past few weeks.
For example; when I choose the top oven only, part way through cooking the bottom oven randomly comes on, or, it puts both ovens on from the beginning, and I have no way of making it only heat one section. Last week I turned the ***** to the off position at the end of the cooking time but the oven wouldnt switch off.
Just FYI - I have never removed the middle separating plate. I live alone and never need to use it as just one oven.
It seems to me that there is a problem with the selection *****, and it picking up what setting it is actually on.
Has anyone else had this?
