Door auto closing

3 days ago we purchased and took delivery of a Bespoke Fridge Freezer (RB38A7B5312). Is there any way of keeping the fridge door from auto closing? Its a bit of a pain when trying to put shopping away when its constantly wanting to close. I have tried leveling it with a spirit level, and even tried tilting it forward and back. It would be good if there was some kind of cam that could lock it open for as long as you need.

Also is there a way of opening the door a little further too?

When the door is open we can not get passed as its too close to the centre island, where if it opened further then it wouldnt be an issue.

We have the same problem with the Bespoke refrigerator door and it bothers us so much that  we might buy another fridge. Din you find a solution to this issue?

Hi, no we didn't we now either just jam it open or open one of the drawers to keep it open.

Its still a pain and not very well thought out in my opinion.

I recently purchased a Samsung RB33B610EWW/EU FS FF and am experiencing the same issue. I’ve tried levelling it using a spirit level, but the fridge door continues to close by itself unless it is fully opened and held in position for a few seconds. It’s very frustrating and annoying! Has anyone received a response from Samsung?
