Has anyone else in the USA had extremely poor customer service with a microwave? I paid a contractor to buy and install a over the range microwave only to have it fail in 3 months. Then customer service tells me I have to take the microwave down in order to service it, which I have to hire someone since I am not physically able to take it down. They have fixed it twice which means I have now spent 3X the cost of the microwave. Now it doesn't work again and they are refusing to let me speak with a manager for a resolution on this. This has been going on for almost 6 months. They want to send a tech out again and I will have to pay someone to take it down again. This is the WORST customer service I've ever had. They are just hoping I go away???
