Cannot register 5 year guarantee - washing machine

I cannot get past the first page in the 5 year registration process.

My product WW90TA046AH isn't recognised.

@mraudley: For clarity, have you visited the website linked below, and clicked on 'Register'? If so, have you done so within 90 days of the purchase date?

Your model is definitely eligible, however you may wish to try adding '/EU' to the end of the model number to see if this helps.

Might be worth trying again to see if it was just a temporary glitch. Worked for me in the Edge browser too, so if it still doesn't work for you try another browser or clearing your browser data. Let us know how it goes.
