Five year warranty

I cannot get to the page to register my new fridge for the five year guarantee.   I get here, click on Register:

Then this takes me to this review page.  

Can anyone help me please?  I spent over half an hour on the phone this morning with a young lady who took all the details and assured me she would do it for me but nothing has happened, and no confirmation email.

I am having the same issue, unable to register

Scroll down the page a bit & you will get "register" and "guest login" buttons. Click on Register & it will let you register your product.  HOWEVER I was registering a washing machine, & took the serial number from the invoice (same as the one  on the packaging) & it was not accepted.  Had to get the number from the machine itself (it had an extra letter at the end) to complete registration
