Hi all
I recently got a Bespoke Jet Bot V/C and whilst for the most part it works, I find the robot gets stuck on the spot with the wheels spinning.
Any ways on getting better traction on the wheels?

Are you experiencing this on any specific surfaces (laminate, carpet, concrete, etc.), @Rasbandittrick?

At the moment I've got the robot limited to the livingroom only and this is laminate flooring. Sometimes this will work fine, others not. Before I went to bed last night I cleaned off some hair off the squeegee looking thing off the front of the device and it went off cleaning again. However, when it stops working, the wheels just roll until the battery dies. I'd have thought a device of this cost would have enough traction.

@Rasbandittrick: The Jet Bot Vacuum is suitable for laminate flooring, so traction shouldn't be an issue. If you check the central driving wheel on the underside of the vacuum, is there any hair, fabric or string caught in it that might be affecting it's ability to turn/propel itself?

I definitely checked the bottom and wiped it all down. No hair in the wheels - especially the big ones. The big ones are the ones spinning out. it's quite frustrating actually, having spent so much on it. Yes we mop often because we have dogs but surely the grip should be sufficient.

@Rasbandittrick: If the floor is still wet after mopping, then this might affect the Jet Bot's ability to maintain traction on the laminate surface. Have you noticed if it gets stuck in a specific spot on the floor and , if so, are there any potential obstacles that might be restricting its movement?
