Auto dispenser

I have the Samsung auto dispense feature on my washing machine and I have that even on the high setting it is still not enough. Anyone else feel like this? Not sure if I can add it manually

@Fathia mohamed : Please can you confirm the full model number of the machine, located on a sticker on the inside of the door or drum, and I will look into this for you?
