Title says it all.
I have been trying to make a maintenance request on my dishwasher. (it appears the pump has broken and its only two years old... so that's another problem, but not for this thread)
I went through the process of registering the unit, updating the warranty and have all the emails to back this up. Now , every one of my products is suddenly gone from my account. (fridge, oven/stove, dishwasher, and phone).
