9kg ecobubble washing machine repeats final spin cycle repeatedly

I have a 9kg ecobubble washing machine. I recently had to have the control panel replaced. Since then on a heavier load it gets to 3 minutes and then keeps repeating the final spin cycle. It does not do this on lighter loads. I have checked the load is even but it still does it

does it actually go into a high spin?, or that back and forth trying to balance clothes though still at 3 minutes?
