Note 20 Ultra cannot connect to laptop via Bluetooth

Good Afternoon,

I have been trying this already in 3 laptops and reseted my phone connections, every time try to pair to a laptop the phone always say "couldn't connect" but besides the laptop I can connect to every thing, my car my headphones etc, I don't really understand the reason behind it because always worked fine on my laptop
