Hi, my z fold 3 has suddenly got an issue whereby certain random apps just won't connect to any form of network WiFi or via Sim... Yet others are fine? Ie I can use chrome but not speed test for example... Real split of apps, any ideas anyone? Done reboot, data on off, airplane mode on off.. Confused!?

May I ask which apps are misbehaving ?
If this was my situation I'd look at the app's permissions via Settings, App's, choose the app and look in there.
If necessary in the same area look at storage, and clear it's cache and if necessary data.
Another option I'd consider is deleting the app from my phone and from my library in the Playstore to download a fresh copy.
I personally choose not to use Google Chrome but instead use Samsung Internet.
As of yet I've not had an issue where a particular app has failed to launch on my Fold³ , hence why I'm asking which app(s) are not working correctly.
I've chosen in my settings to allow all apps to use split mode so I've not had that issue.
Settings, Advanced Features, Labs, Mult Window for all apps is toggled On.
