In July purchased a Z Fold 4 and the Samsung Slim Standing Case.
The front part of the case keeps coming off and is now damaging my phone.
I contacted Samsung who told me they couldn't help me because I bought it from their Amazon store. Because it's now out of the return period I can contact Amazon about it and they direct you to Samsung.
The case wasn't cheap otherwise I'd just get a new one and bin the one I have.
Does anyone have any suggestions about what I can do? Should I keep trying to get Samsung to acknowledge my issue?
@Suggers I can totally understand your concerns and frustration here, however, you have purchased this with another retailer, therefore, Samsung are unable to assist with this, you will need to contact Amazon for further assistance.
