Since the September update I've had the same problem. First the sound wasn't working. Then the rotation and now the inner screen won't work. Contacted Samsung as still under warranty. August update was fine. But the September has almost rendered my fold 4 useless.
Hope you get it sorted. I'd suggest contacting Samsung or waiting for the next update
