How do I claim my free z fold 4 starter pack?

Need to wait until you have the phone first.
You will need your proof of purchase and the IMEI number of the phone to claim

When I got my fold 3 last year the case and pen were dispatched at the same time as the phone and arrived the same day

Wonder why we have to claim it instead of it coming at the same time as the phone getting delivered. Seems unnecessary hassle that way.

I guess there's a few reasons possibly. Could be the third party promotion company do it that way

Yeh stupid really, as you then need to buy a case or not use it until the free case turns up, unless you want to scratch it

Anyone try to claim the start pack yet?

I just tried but it says the IMEI code from my Fold 4 is not recognised.  

What should I do?

That’s what happened to me, you need to take a pic of the sticker on the reverse of the phone and upload that too. I just claimed and have an email back with a claim ref.
