Z fold 3 no sound on inner screen

Hello all, since the last software update when opening screescreen to full mode the sound dissapears. I have tested speakers in diagnostic mode with phone shut and all good. Once opened no sound. Can anyone shed light on this?

After reading all these complaints of which have the same problem As I do, it seems that Samsung has purposely updated our phones to slowly systematically, losing one function at a time causing us to result in purchasing another phone. C'mon man. Samsung know this if this is the case I will not buy another phone from a company who is turning of functions. I hope the feds do something about this kinda defeat devices because my phone was working perfectly fine before the December 2024 update.

I too have the same issue after installing Sumsung's latest software update on January 24, 2005. I have seen here the same issue from 2003 onwards. Another software update can debug this issue, if they wish. But nothing is done.. even after 2 years. This means they might be cheating customers by adding a bug in their new updates to go for their latest models. It is something like a suicide attempt by Samnsung. Nokia was a giant; where are they now???  Don't forget... it is a delicate market, and better never underestimate your valued customers.
