Hello all, since the last software update when opening screescreen to full mode the sound dissapears. I have tested speakers in diagnostic mode with phone shut and all good. Once opened no sound. Can anyone shed light on this?
So we don't have any solution. I could buy iphone 13 pro max instead of samsung fold3. Seems like it was a mistake. It is better to stick to apple in the future
Hi, I also have the same problem, the audio can only be heard if the external display is at 90 degrees, it seems really absurd to me that they don't solve the problem which is obviously software
Interesant este ca dupa updateul cel mai recent(01.06.2024), ecranul functioneaza iarasi normal, doar sunetul a mai ramas de rezolvat. Poate reuseste samsung sa il faca iarasi 100% functional
It's funny how my screen was replaced by Samsung service center then went faulty with no sound shortly afterwards after a software update. Thank you samsung for a job not well done. I will no longer any samsung products at all ever.
This has just happened to me. Reboot I can watch on the front screen. But the moment I open it up it completely disables the sound and there's no way to get it back. Even closing the screen the front sound doesn't work. I have to reboot it again just to watch the front screen. How anyone fixed this because this is absolutely atrocious
