Z fold 3 no sound on inner screen

Hello all, since the last software update when opening screescreen to full mode the sound dissapears. I have tested speakers in diagnostic mode with phone shut and all good. Once opened no sound. Can anyone shed light on this?

Same issues here after the latest update.

No sound when phone is unfolded.

No rotation. Everything is blocked.

Need to use only outer screen.

Very frustrating

I just ended up getting a one plus 12. Tired of Samsungs lack of quality control and no help with issues like these

100% sure now that it's due to the latest update.

Very frustrating indeed that we have to suffer such miserable service for such a costly phone.

Hope Samsung send another update to fix this.

No resolution found up to now.

Samsung repair is suggesting to have inner screen replaced but it's not a hardware issue but rather the upgrade that caused this

I had to have the inner screen replaced. But it's working as it should now.

Since last update same problem with my phone.

Your fix worked for me but same still no inner screen sound.

Lots of talk about this being a hardware issue with an expensive repair but in my opinion with the number of people reporting the same issue its obviously a software issue and Samsung need to sort a fix.

Agree with you my friend

It's due to the last update from Samsung which therefrom we have all been victims.

All our phones were working correctly before that. It cannot be a coincidence!
