Z Fold 3 keep disconnect Wi-Fi signal

I bought a Z Fold 3 a week ago.

It is a really nice phone except for one thing. 

My Z Fold 3 keep disconnect the Wi-Fi signal. I googled already and tried everything it's on there but nothing works. 

It connects to Wi-Fi but about 10 seconds later it disconnected and search again. 

I tried 5 different wifi places that I know nothing works.

Find the settings where you can reset your network connections and reset them. Reboot your phone and reconnect to your WiFi.

Hello @Mookim 

 

First try forgetting the Network and reset up the connection between phone and your router.

Also if your router allows it split your routers frequencies to 2.4ghz and 5ghz and connect to each in turn to see if your phone prefers one frequency over the other.

Another route to take is to connect to another Wi-Fi connection such as a friends house or coffee shop etc and then see what happens.

If you goto settings.
Go to WiFi and tap on the WiFi you are connecting to
There's a settings icon to the right of that
In that you should see auto reconnect. That should be switched on.

Thanks for the reply. 

I tried so many places but it keeps disconnected wifi signals. 

The auto reconnect tab is on too.

Hello how are you I am also facing the same issue I even reset my fine to factory setting but still no progress have u find solution to resolve this issue pls share with me thanks.

i also have the same issue. after 10 secs, it keeps disconnecting, and the wifi toggle is off. please help me samsung

@MUHAMMAD MARAMI: Have you tried connecting to another Wi-Fi router, a friend or family members, to see if the issue persists? In the meantime, please unplug your router at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and allow time for the reset process to complete. Now, press the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts to address any temporary software issues. Don't worry, this won't affect your personal data or settings. Following the reset, head back to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > On > Tap the cog to the right of your router > Auto reconnect > On > Back > Tap the 3 dots in the top right of the landing page > Advanced > Switch to mobile data > Off > Turn on Wi-Fi automatically > Off. Let me know if this helps.
