Hi, so after taking my phone to a repair center, they have refused warranty repair due to a small bump on the outside, bottom corner of my fold 6
The issue is my Bluetooth will find and connect to my buds pro 3, but once I take them out and play music will disconnect after a second, they then reconnect after putting back in the case
Problem also happens when connecting to a different device
Is there any other avenue to go to seeing as the phone is under warranty
Thanks

If they reject the warranty, there is not really much you can do. You could try reaching out again and explaining that you do not believe the damage is related to the said issue.

You could also go the legal route (consumer rights), but they may say the damage is the cause which could lead to that being rejected

A little confused- why would the phone be sent off for repair instead of the earbuds if its the earbuds disconnecting? Surely thats a repair of the buds?

Ive tried resetting the network and Bluetooth settings via my settings, soft/hard reset of buds, unpaired and paired each device

It will have to be a payable repair.

The bump on the side suggests at some point the device was dropped. This could have damaged any number of internal pieces inside the device which is not covered by warranty I'm afraid.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Hi @Dredinho. If troubleshooting hasn't resolved the Bluetooth issue, then (and this will surprise precisely nobody who frequents this Community), I'd recommend sending us an Error report.

This'll allow our software engineers to receive the data logs they need in order to check for any software issues that may have arisen. This data is anonymised and only held for the duration of the investigation of the report.

To do this, please click here for a handy online guide that takes you through the process.
