Neither did it fall nor was it used for more than 4 months.. suddenly when I took my phone out of my purse I started noticing a green line on the screen vertically..I was shocked to notice this because I handled it with atmost care...in few minutes black bold lines started appearing on my screen near the folding and half of the screen lost it's touch...we took the phone to Samsung service center and instead they gave us 2k Saudi riyal bill for some software issues...which was extremely unexpected as we had issue only with d screen..the phone was new and within d warranty...can anyone help me with this..please.
